Richard LaRocque

Mr. Richard LaRocque holds a BS in Biology and Environmental Science from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He is currently the school's Athletic Director, a full-time chemistry instructor, and the Head Volleyball Coach.

 

Mr. LaRocque taught many different science classes. The greatest honor he received was being selected by the Class of 2024 to be their keynote commencement speaker at their graduation. Before joining the BART family, Mr. LaRocque was the Lead Park Operator at RambleWild and a Ski Instructor at Jiminy Peak and Mount Snow. In 2016, Mr. LaRocque was the Tennis Team Captain and a member of the North Atlantic Conference Tennis All-Tournament Team at MCLA. In his spare time, he enjoys video games including Rocket League and Super Smash Bros., and spending time outside hiking with his dogs and playing many different sports including basketball, volleyball, tennis, and disc golf.
